the service emerging wealth deserves.

with down-to-earth, real conversations.

We are entrepreneurs, too. We left big firms to create our own businesses and will share our experiences and listen to yours.

There are lessons (and mistakes) that are made throughout this process. By going through those experiences, and growing from them, we feel that we will have a better understanding of where you, your business, and/or where your families are and will help you as you progress. Some advisory firms just won't understand you. We will.

Thirteen years after graduating from Stonehill College and many years of learning, growing, and providing advice to mainly pre-retirees, I began to realize that there is a need to help people much, much earlier in their lives. I even wish I had a financial coach for myself to eliminate emotional decisions that I made in my mid-twenties. Within the past few years, my friends and others around me were all sharing success stories, but when it came to their finances, seemed to be on an island or asking too many people for pieces of advice, and not just one central source. I strongly believe that if clients who are in the emerging stage of their lives hire an advisory team that is in that same growth space, great things will happen.

If you had to choose a game seven between the Sox, Celtics, Bruins or the Superbowl, and could only pick one, what would you choose?

That's tough, but nothing beats a game seven, so I'd say Bruins. It's close.

What’s the most likely place people could find you on a Saturday night?

Nowadays, Saturdays consist of basketball and hockey practice for my two sons, Lucas and Brooks. By the time Amanda and I settle in, wine and a movie or good series is my usual Saturday night. Crazy, I know.

If you had to choose a type of food to eat for the rest of your life, and couldn't choose another, which would it be?

Pizza. You can make it different ways to change it up. Easy choice.

What's the best advice you've been given?

Play in traffic. Not literally, but it means that in anything you do, don't be afraid to try it as opposed to always trying to perfect it before you try. You will learn more by making mistakes and playing in traffic, than you will on the sidewalk waiting for the perfect time. It can be applied to anything in life.

I co-founded Pinnacle Private Wealth over ten years ago with a vision to bring the best in independent financial advice to my clients. Being flexible and evolving quickly in this business has been two keys to our success. In that time, Pinnacle Private Wealth has grown from a two person operation to a mid-sized independent registered investment advisory firm with over $700 million of assets under management. I am proud of the firm that we have built and we continue to grow our business through client acquisition and advisor recruitment.

As the Pinnacle group expands, it only made sense to join my brother Brian in his vision for building an emerging wealth brand.

What’s the most likely place people could find you on a Saturday night?

At a hockey rink earlier in the night. After that, my bed, hopefully.

Which would you pick: Living on the beach near the ocean or living near on a lake?

If the lake can freeze in the winter, it can serve a purpose in any season.

What is the best piece of business advice you've ever been given?

Don't let others dictate your future. Create something of your own and then build it.
